The control of the industry, labels and quality norms

Quality is, first of all, a step, a requirement. It’s an edifice that is build every day, stone after stone, begining with the foundations to reach progressively the top. Its particularity, for us who belong to the wine and vine world, is to build a living edifice. Everything is build around the yearly harvest. And this harvest has to be the reflection of the typhus from our region, of the care given to the vine and the grape depending from the climatic conditions of the year. It also has to be the reflection of the competence from our men to manage the steps of a transformation which includes the vinification, the blend, the aging, the bottling but also the capacity of the product to continue its life by the distributor or the consumer. That’s why, quality can’t be, for us, only an observation on a precise moment. It is, first of all, a volontary and permanent commitment from all the pepole, wine growers, wine makers, technicians and the persons in charge of the cellars, to be involved in a global approach that goes from the vine to the consumer’s table.
