The objectives of our quality chart
Today, requirements and consumers expectations are really strong. Taken as a whole, they can be sum up into three fundamental requirements :
- Propose products that respect totally the high tasting quality characteristics of the appellation and their varietals.
- Guarantee of food security : tracking from vineyards and cellars to bottled wine.
- Respectful of nature : environmentally friendly in vineyards and wineries so to protect fauna, insects, animals and eco-system by integrated purification stations for run-off and respectful soil management
The three theritories of application of the charter
The wine growing
The quality initiative adopted in the vineyards since 2000 is based on three important principles :

The cellars
Essential link with the production, Producta’s cellars are, for several years, involved in a quality initiative, through :
- A quality control of the grapes at their receipt.
- A quality control of the wines.
- The emplementation of the HACCP step to guarentee a healthy and without any risks for the consumer.
In the framework of the quality charter, the quality commitment goes further with :
- The organisation of the collection in function of the grapes maturity and potential
- A plot classification of the supply, that guarentee the traceability from the entry to the exit of the cellar
- Wines selection and growing in function of strict specifications
The bottling centers
Approved HACCP, ISO 9001, BRC and IFS, the bottling centers perfect the edifice build around the Producta chart with guaranteeing :
- The wines quality controls at the batch reception and “in fine” after the bottling.
- Dry material selection and control.
- Traceability by an identification brand written on every bottle.
