In order to offer consumers a product of superior flavour and quality, Producta Vignobles operates a policy of sustainable production.
It all starts in the vineyards... The annual harvest must be a worthy expression of the strengths and personalities of our terroirs. The fruit should also reflect the loving care lavished upon the vines by our winegrowers, and demonstrate the expertise and skill of our professionals at every stage of the process: fermentation, vinification, bottling...
Our goal: create a product whose quality of flavour lives up to the high expectations set by our prestigious grape varieties and appellations.
And of course our ecological commitments:
- encouraging responsible vine management, in terms of ground pollution, protecting the local flora and fauna;
- scheduling harvests in response to the fruit's level of maturity and potential;
- closely monitoring the quality of the harvest as soon as the fruit reaches the winery;
- sorting the fruit by plot of production, to ensure full traceability when the grapes reach the winery;
- producing our wines in accordance with a rigorous quality procedure;
- selecting our equipment and secondary materials with extreme care;
- conducting final checks after the wine is bottled.
